The eleven buildings restored at the Museum focus on life in early Alberta Beach and are filled with artifacts pertaining to the time period. They are; a teacherage , where the teacher was housed; a log cabin; the original Grasmere School, where there is a number of school registers stored; a summer cottage; Adam’s “Honey” house; Ayerbank “Orr” Cottage; Trinity Chapel; the Red and White Store (rebuilt); the jail; the Emergency First Aide Hut; and the original Canadian National Railway Station. There is also a building being used as an office and a place to store archives consisting of local tax assessments, and documents relating to individuals, families and organization in the area. There you will also find scrapbooks with news articles pertaining to the museum and its members.
